Glass Lights

Glass comes alive with light and when illluminated from within it can look spectacular. Alex's lights often start life as a found object - a salvaged table lamp or cheap wirework frame - but emerge as glorious glass pieces.

Her vessels also work with light and the deeper they are the more light projects through to the surface below. However with ambient light also dancing across their textural surfaces, these vessels have an added subtlety.
